Small Vinyl Siding Repair job
USUALLY just a few pieces here or there on 1 to 2 sides of the building, with NO work needing a tall ladder and NOT above the 1st story roofline. USUALLY takes 1 day or 1/2 a day, weather permitting. ( To repeat, I LOVE SMALL JOBS !!! )
Medium Vinyl Siding Repair job
ANY 2nd story or higher job needing a tall ladder at or above the 2nd story. This can be from 1-5 sides of the building. It may be up to 10-20 actual pieces of Siding, Soffit, and/or Facia. USUALLY it takes 1 to 3 days to complete, weather permitting.
“ Medium Plus ” Vinyl Siding Repair job
Includes total replacement of Vinyl Siding, and/or Vinyl Soffit and/or J-Channel and/or Corner Moldings and/or Vinyl Aluminum Facia on 1-3 sides of the building. Any work occurring ABOVE 26 FEET will require RENTAL of a “Boom Lift” towable wheeled machine which shall be pre-paid by the building owner, no exceptions, due to my Safety. It is likely the Boom Lift will need to be driven onto the grass. All effort will be made to keep damage to the grass at a minimum. However, I will not be responsible for repair to grass or sod if this machine is needed. Plan on at least a full week for Large Vinyl Siding Repair jobs, and they can go up to 3 weeks or longer if weather is a factor
