PAYMENT  POLICY 2026

IMPORTANT! 

– I need your funds for “Materials Costs” to clear your bank at least one business day BEFORE the project begins. Obviously, this does not apply if you pay CASH for the materials.

– UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER, WILL I AGREE TO A CHECK MAILED WITH The United States Postal Service (USPS).

– CASH is fine. Please, no out of state Checks. Credit and Debit cards are accepted through PAYPAL ONLY. (You can pay with paypal checking out “As Guest”. You DO NOT have to register a new account with paypal.)

– Materials Charge is separate from Labor Charge.

– Final Payment of Labor Charges is due immediately upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon (before the job starts) by all parties.

– IMPORTANT!!!! We DO NOT Bill, Accept “Net 30”, or Invoice Businesses, Groups, Corporations or Insurance Companies under ANY circumstances. Simply put, You pay in ADVANCE for Materials, Labor is due upon completion.
