IMPORTANT!
– I need your funds for “Materials Costs” to clear your bank at least one business day BEFORE the project begins. Obviously, this does not apply if you pay CASH for the materials.
Regardless of exactly how you pay, I can and will email you a PDF of your Paid Materials Invoice and/or Paid Labor Invoice upon your request, if you kindly supply me your correct email address. I will text you or call you immediately after it is sent to you.
– ” LABOR CHARGE ” includes all Skilled Labor, Tools, Wear and Tear on Vehicles, etc.
– UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER, WILL I AGREE TO A CHECK MAILED WITH The United States Postal Service (USPS) – Pretty please, do not ask!
-Final Payment of Labor Charges is due immediately upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon (before the job starts) by all parties, meaning Vinyl Siding Doctor LLC, the Property Owner, and/or agent for the Property Owner.
– We DO NOT Bill, Seek Payment from, or Invoice Insurance Companies under ANY circumstances.
– ATTENTION BUSINESSES, CORPORATIONS, AND REALTORS! We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EVER accept the following; USPS Mailed Checks or Cashiers’ Checks, Purchase Orders, or “Net 14” , “Net 30” , “Net 60” or “Net 90”; WE ARE NOT A LENDER OR FINANCE COMPANY !

– We accept CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ( thru PayPal ONLY ), PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASHIERS’ CHECKS.
OUR CHECKS POLICY
CHECKS OF ANY KIND MUST BE DRAWN ON PENSACOLA GREATER AREA BANKS/CREDIT UNIONS WITH A WALK-IN LOBBY ONLY. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS, OR CHECKS drawn on “Navarre-Only” or “Alabama-Only” Banks or Credit Unions. They are too far to drive to if there is an issue with the check.
